In many Tanzanian public schools and within the broader culture, natural talents are often overlooked—whether in sports, performing arts, or other creative fields. Children with incredible gifts are not given the platform to shine, and their potential remains untapped. We are here to change that.
At CTIDO, we believe that talent is a gift, and every child deserves the chance to explore their abilities, develop their skills, and pursue their dreams. We open doors for these young talents, equipping them with professional training, mentorship, and opportunities that transform their potential into reality. Our goal is not just to nurture talent but to change lives.
CTIDO organizes talent search sessions, educational programs, and after-school training at Baraa Secondary School. We primarily work with children from disadvantaged backgrounds, helping them explore their talents in football, acrobatics, athletics, drama & traditional dance.
